Critical Thinking Your way to Supply Chain Success

In today’s economy, the more effective company has a competitive advantage.  The way to be more effective is to have less waste in the system (think Lean).  Eliminating, simplifying or improving our processes gives this competitive advantage.

This discussion looks at how we can encourage our employees and co-workers to always be looking at how to simplify and improve the processes each has to deal with.  We will look at corporate culture, Root Cause Analysis, and some of the tools available to identify not only the issues, but also the possible solutions to those issues.
